All sensitive financial information, such as credit card details, is securely processed through Stripe, a trusted payment processor. We do not store your private data (credit cards, national identification numbers, financial details, etc.) on our servers after transactions.

We comply with Uganda’s Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019, ensuring your data is handled securely and responsibly.


Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personally identifiable information to third parties. However, we may share data with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our platform and business, provided they agree to keep your data confidential.

We may also disclose your information if required by law, to enforce our policies, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Goodison Park, our users, or others, in accordance with Ugandan law.


Children's Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

In line with local and international best practices, including Uganda’s regulations on child protection, we do not collect information from anyone under the age of 18. Our services are designed for users who are at least 18 years old.
