You may browse our platform anonymously; however, access to financial services requires proper identification and verification in compliance with Uganda’s Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.


How Do We Protect Your Information?

We are committed to securing your personal and financial data in accordance with the Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019 and Bank of Uganda’s guidelines for fintech service providers. Sensitive data such as payment details are processed securely via trusted third-party payment gateways like Stripe.

We do not store sensitive financial information (e.g., credit card numbers, bank PINs) on our servers after transactions are completed. All data transmission is encrypted to prevent unauthorized access.


Do We Disclose Your Information to Third Parties?

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personally identifiable information to external parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with:

  • Trusted service providers assisting with platform operations, subject to strict confidentiality agreements

  • Regulatory authorities as required by law for compliance, investigation, or enforcement purposes

Children’s Privacy

In line with Ugandan law and international best practices, we do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18 years of age. Our services are intended exclusively for users who are 18 years or older.
