Account Suspension and Termination

Goodison Park reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, terminate, or restrict access to any service for any reason, including but not limited to misuse of our ticketing system, LiveChat, or support forums. Abuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of our terms will lead to immediate account suspension or termination.

Our platform is independently hosted, and issues related to offshore hosting should only be reported if there is an actual server problem. We maintain content guidelines consistent with Uganda's laws and regulations. Users intending to violate these rules should refrain from registering, as we actively monitor and enforce compliance.

Customization Requests

  • For fully managed dedicated servers, we offer customized PHP/MySQL configurations, dedicated IP firewalls, DNS, and HTTP server configurations as part of the service.

  • Cpanel extension installations are permitted only if they do not compromise the security, stability, or performance of other users.

Support Policy

  • We do not provide emergency, phone, or live chat support. Support requests may take several hours to address.

  • Webmaster or coding support is not provided; however, server-side issues such as library or configuration errors may be supported when feasible.

  • While we maintain backups, users are solely responsible for data backup and loss prevention.

Prohibited Content and Activities (Aligned with Uganda Laws)

  • We strictly prohibit hosting or distributing child exploitation materials, spam, phishing, hacking tools, malicious scripts, botnets, and any material promoting violence, hate, or discrimination.

  • Exploitation scripts, resource abuse (including cronjob abuse), PHP/CGI proxies, and IRC services are forbidden.

  • Use of fake or disposable emails for mass mailing or spamming is prohibited.

  • Violation of these rules will lead to immediate termination of your account to protect the platform and its users.

Payments and Refunds

  • No refunds or credits will be issued for service interruptions caused by violations of this User Agreement.

  • Once a deposit is made, it is non-reversible. Users agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes. Any fraudulent payment attempts will result in account termination without exception.

User Responsibilities

  • You must comply with all applicable Ugandan laws, including the Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019, and the National Information Technology Authority Uganda (NITA-U) guidelines.

  • All users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and are liable for all actions under their account. Any unauthorized access must be reported immediately.

  • Intellectual property rights of our products and services remain with Goodison Park or respective owners. Unauthorized use, copying, selling, or distribution is prohibited.

Intellectual Property and Use Restrictions

  • Our products and services are provided "as-is," with no warranties. Compatibility with third-party plugins or browsers is not guaranteed.

  • You may not use our services for illegal activities, including but not limited to promoting violence, pornography, hate speech, or piracy.

SEO Services Disclaimer

  • We do not guarantee specific SEO campaign delivery timelines or results. Clients engaging in time-sensitive campaigns do so at their own risk.

Free Balance / Coupon Policy

  • Free balances, coupons, and promotional offers are subject to review and may be revoked if misuse is detected. Negative balances resulting from revoked offers will result in account suspension until resolved.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.
